(07.05.10) The Faculty, Board and NRC secretariat are pleased to welcome you all to NRC 2010! There will be over 140 participants present at the 5th NRC. We hope the program will meet your expectations and that you will experience fruitful discussion with colleauges, and return home full of inspiration and good memories.

NRC & Solstrand welcomes you!
(19.04.10) This year's NRC has obviously attracted much more interest than previous years. The registrations are well ahead of schedule. The program is therefore probably the best in NRC's five year long history. And we really look forward to see you all at Solstrand in May.
The secretariat visited Solstrand last Friday and looked after the arrangement. We were very pleased with what we saw, and will now present the facilities and the beautiful surroundings for those of you who are new to this. To make good use of the outstanding facilities we remind you that there is no social event in the program this year. Therefore we have suggestions to where you can continue to discuss, network or just relax Tuesday between 4 pm to 7.30 pm;
Wellness area; enjoy the swimming pool, steambath, sanarium, Finnish sauna, icy pool or relax in the outdoor swimming pool. Remember to bring your bathing costume!- Fitness room; next to the wellness area.
- Seaside; take a svim in the Bjørnefjord - a short walk through the wellnes area and you enter the pier. Afterwards you can warm up in the wellnes area.

Spa; book a massage or treatment at the hotel's spa. Integrating Scandinavian bathing traditions and ideas of wellness, the SPA reflects the hotel’s vision of a rural idyll. We will recommend to book before you arrive at the hotel.
- Garden; relax in the garden facing the Bjørnefjord.
- Walking / hiking; The panoramic scenery around Solstrand invites you to many different hiking and cycling possibilities, which vary in length as well as in terrain. Maps and details are available at the hotel.
NRC in progress
(26.03.10) These days we are reminding people involved in research to register for NRC. There are no exact deadline, but we emphasise the importance to register as soon as possible.
The Board and Faculty have sent out invitations to special guests to welcome them to a NRC workshop (Preconference C). The workshop will discuss the future of NRC and expansion of activities beyond the annual conferences.
Both NRC and the spring are in progress, and we are looking forward to welcome you to Solstrand. Happy Easterholiday!

(26.01.10) The 2010 NRC brochure is distributed to the NRC network these days. This years lay-out is related to the title; "Why clinical research?", where the human being is investigated.
Reminder of "EARLY BIRDS FEE": The price is only NOK 4.000,- for the whole conference if you register before February the 1st 2010!
