You will receive a receipt on your e-mail for this registration. Please register as soon as possible, late enrolment after Easter is not recommended, as there are limited capacity at Solstrand Hotel.

"EARLY BIRD": The price is only NOK 4.000,- for the whole conference if you register before February the 1st 2010.

Conference fee Mon. 10th to Wed. 12th of May 2010: NOK 4.500,-
(including lunches, dinners)
+ hotel 1.300/pr. night = NOK 7.100,- for the whole conference and accomodation.
You will receive an invoice by mail.


If only attending parts of the conference:

MONDAY 10th:
Pre conference fee including lunch NOK  900,-
Pre conference fee including lunch + evening session NOK  1.100,-
Pre conference fee + evening session + dinner NOK 1.500,-
Evening session including dinner NOK 750,-

TUESDAY 11th:
Conference fee whole day including lunch, dinner NOK  2.500,-
Conference fee whole day including lunch NOK  2.000,-
Conference fee half day including lunch NOK 1.400,-
Conference fee half day including lunch, dinner NOK 1.700,-


WEDNESDAY 12th:
Conference fee including lunch  NOK  1.600,- 

 

Cancellations made after the 20th of April 2010 will be charged 50% of the fee and hotel.

Force Majeure: NRC is not responsible for situations that may occure due to third party unforeseen circumstances (accidents, strikes etc.), and will not be able to make any refunds for such reasons.

 

Accomodation: Solstrand Hotel
The price pr night will be additional NOK 1.300 pr. night pr. person (single rooms), and the delegates will be invoiced for this.

 

Transport: There will be set up some transfer busses from the airport to Solstrand (these are not confirmed yet), this is the planned schedule:

       Monday 10th from Bergen airport, Flesland, to Solstrand: 11.00     
      (To attend pre conferences)

      Monday 10th from Bergen airport, Flesland, to Solstrand: 16.30
      (To attend evening session)

      Wednesday 12th from Solstrand to Bergen airport, Flesland: 13.30 (arrival approx. 14.30 - 15.00)
